Videographer - Media Production Specialist

The Videographer role will focus on filming and editing marketing video content for a diverse array of clients all across the country. These videos will range in purpose, length, and style. You could be working on anything from a 15 second ad for social media platforms up to a 3 minute brand identity video. We are looking for someone with strong story development, camera, and editing skills who is comfortable collaborating with our team and our clients. There is strong growth potential for this role! Role Responsibilities:

Media Production Specialists will collaborate with clients and coworkers to:


-Manage Projects - Own the project/task process. Plan and prepare a general timeline for each project. Anticipate needs and issues that could occur. Frequently and clearly communicate with the client. Share inspiration slides with the client for every project. Communicate often with those collaborating on the project/task to keep them updated. Schedule and coordinate quality model(s), location, props and products. Network to expand the company talent network as well as potential locations. Prioritize projects from highest to lowest need. Present yourself and your projects in a professional, trustworthy, clear, prepared, and persuasive way.


-Research - Study new and relevant information and materials. Stay up to date on latest trends in different industries. Try new methods, programs, equipment or processes to improve and expand our services. Gather and organize inspiration to apply to your own designs, and share in collaboration with co-workers & clients.


-Design - Take a thoughtful, personalized approach to storytelling. Produce impressive and brand-cohesive images/videos that meet the project’s goals, in a timely, efficient manner. Use editing softwares like Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects to finalize raw assets.
